Just imagine ... your website having high PageRank and a TON of high quality links in. Impossible? Well, how much traffic would YOUR website be getting every single day? The answer's easy... A LOT. CNN linking to you is many, many times more valuable to your search engine ranking than some random link on some backwater website. So, if you are looking for lots of search engine traffic you need good quality links into your website. The more the better.
